These terms and conditions (these “Terms”) apply to your access to and use of the Eduspace website located at www.eduspace.app (the “Site”) and the Eduspace mobile application for iOS and Android devices (the “App”). By accessing or using the Site or App, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms or the Privacy Policy, do not access or use the Site or App. “Service providers” on the marketplace are referred to as tutors or teachers and “customers” are referred to as students or learners.
1.2 Payment can be made using a credit card or debit card or any payment services made available on our website or mobile app.
1.3 All payments for tutoring services must be made through the Eduspace platform, either through the website or mobile app.
1.4 Students will be required to pay for tutoring sessions in advance. The payment will be processed at the prior to booking class timings.
1.5 Prices for tutoring services which are listed in the app and are subject to change from the service providers on the platform.
1.6 Tutors are responsible for any taxes or other governmental charges that may be applicable to the fees they receive for tutoring services
2.2 If a refund is granted, it will be credited back to the student’s account or original form of payment.
2.3 Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and the final decision will be at the discretion of Eduspace Education Ltd.
2.4 In the event of a technical issue, such as connectivity problems, that prevent a tutoring session from taking place, the student will be eligible for a full refund.
2.5 If a tutor fails to show up for a scheduled session, the student will be eligible for a full refund and the tutor is liable for those charges.
2.6 If a tutor does not show up for a scheduled session, a full refund will be given to the student.
2.7 In the event of a dispute between a Student and a Tutor, the parties should contact Eduspace Education Ltd to resolve the issue. Under no circumstances are they allowed to clear disputes directly.
3.2 If a student cancels a session less than 24 hours in advance, they will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the session’s cost.
3.3 Tutors may cancel a scheduled session with 24 hours’ notice but are encouraged to give as much notice as possible.
3.4 If a tutor cancels a session less than 24 hours in advance, they will not be paid for that session.
3.5 If a student wishes to cancel or reschedule a session, they must do so at least 24 hours in advance. If the student fails to give sufficient notice, the payment for the session will not be refunded.
